The kitchen changed everything for me. Joining gives you access to customizable meal plans and I'll be here to walk you through it all.

Having a group to cheer you on and hold you accountable provides SERIOUS motivation! We have a safe space to share victories & challenges & motivation.

About Angie

My name is Angie Ahlvers my husband, and I live on and help manage his family farm. I have four kids-two of them raised and out of the house, and two little boys just starting school. Their energy and spirit will definitely keep me on my toes!

When I turned 40, I noticed my body turning against me-and decided to do something about it. 

I've been on my own health and wellness journey, and now I help people with their own journey using online training and nutrition guidelines.  I lead a group that supports and encourages each other through real life struggles. You find me on Facebook and Instagram as well and follow in my journey.
